What is Vidoco?

A video editor that runs in your browser. Pick a template, change the words and colours, arrange scenes on a timeline, and export an MP4 — built for product launches, announcements, changelogs and social clips.

How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with 3 days free. You add a payment method at checkout; if you cancel before the trial ends, you aren’t charged.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from the account menu → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Do you offer refunds?

The free trial lets you try Vidoco before paying, so payments already made aren’t refundable, except where the law requires it.

Where are my projects stored?

In your own browser. They only reach our servers when you export a video, and rendered files are deleted within about an hour.

Can I use my videos commercially?

Yes. Videos you export are yours to use for any lawful purpose, including ads and client work.

Who handles payments?

Polar, our merchant of record, runs checkout, invoices and sales tax. We never see your card details.
